Affordable Rental Program

This program offers a select number of apartment homes to low-to-moderate income households. Income requirements are dependent on the size of the household and the number of bedrooms. These homes are open to all prospective residents that meet the property's rental screening criteria and are determined to be income eligible for the affordable program. The apartment homes for rent that are eligible for the program are labeled with "Aff" on the Floor Plans page of this website. Prospective residents will complete the property's standard rental screening process and once complete, the property will certify the income of the household to ensure program eligibility.
